Your appointments are very important to Mbiance, it is reserved and especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. If you miss to inform about any changes sooner 50% of the booked treatment will be charged as the cancellation fee.
